Kari is a recent Oregon transplant originally from the eastern border of Washington. She took a shot at the marathon after her running career Eastern Washington University and is developing a growing fondness for the distance. Kari spends her free time helping at her church, organizing social groups at work (read: trying to get her coworkers to run with her), reading, and exploring all that Oregon has to offer. Currently reading LOTR for the first time and loving it.

Likes: all things outside, coffee, wine, yoga, maths, and cats.

Dislikes: Car rides, running out of Nuun, ketchup, and burnt toast.
